As our Customer Success Manager you are in charge of

  • helping our customers get the most out of our solution
  • supporting customers with their onboarding
  • developing playbooks and engagement plans

  • You help develop best practices and new playbooks based on customer trends, risks, and product usage.
  • You develop and maintain strong connections and relationships with our customers.
  • You schedule regular performance reviews with customers to understand their needs and goals, and offer recommendations to enhance the value of their hypt usage.
  • You serve as an internal spokesperson and champion for your customers› needs.
  • You build, own, and execute customer success and engagement plans.
  • You ensure successful onboarding and guide issue escalation and resolution.
  • You identify opportunities for customer testimonials and case studies.
  • You develop a deep understanding of the product to recommend features and functionality that meet customers› specific business needs.

👪 Who we are looking for

We rather look for great people than for fancy degrees and CVs. We believe that your motivation to learn, develop and be awesome at what you do is much more important.

  • You are comfortable leaving your comfort zone, to learn and grow in your role
  • You have strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • You are comfortable speaking with C-level executives, building relationships, and translating business objectives into results.
  • You have a proven track record of driving customer retention and growth.
  • You are able to work with limited guidance and be your own boss
  • You have a solid sense for business and decide in the company’s best interest
  • You are a native German speaker with solid English skills.

+ Nice to have (or ready to learn on the job):

  • Minimum 3 years of SaaS experience in a customer-facing role
  • Marketing experience
