Revenue potential from recommendations

We now also show all our customers the potential turnover generated with hypt in the hypt dashboard. πŸ’°

The turnover shown corresponds to a calculated value and illustrates the potential of the referrals achieved.
To do this, we multiply the lifetime value of a customer (ΓΈ revenue value of a new customer) by the number of referrals achieved and the statistical probability that a personal referral will become an actual purchase decision.
A representative Nielsen statistic from 2022 states:
“85% of consumers act on recommendations from people they know.”
