As our Key Account Manager you are in charge of

  • selling our “hypt word-of-mouth engine” to new enterprise customers
  • evolving our sales operations and
  • guiding our customers through the customer journey

🚀 YOUR MISSION

  • You will independently win new B2B customers end-to-end
  • You help develop and drive Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for the Sales team
  • You will help generate new business opportunities through various outbound sales channels such as cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn, and events
  • You follow a disciplined approach to fill, drive, and close a growing sales pipeline
  • You guide customers through the whole customer journey

👪 Who we are looking for

We rather look for great people than for fancy degrees and CVs. We believe that your motivation to learn, develop and be awesome at what you do is much more important.

  • You are comfortable leaving your comfort zone, to learn and grow in your role.
  • You love selling a great product to new customers
  • You have 3+ years of experience in B2B Sales, preferably SaaS or FinTech
  • You have a proven track record of closing five-figure deals and winning new logos
  • You’re not too proud to pick up the phone and generate pipeline yourself.
  • You are a self-starter and love to be your own boss
  • You have excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • You are native German-speaking and speak English fluently

+ Nice to have (or ready to learn on the job):

  • You are speaking further languages
  • Experience in working with international customers

If you don’t like the often rainy and cold Swiss weather or the hot and dry Valencia weather, you are always welcome to work somewhere abroad or in our Valencia office (or the other way around). We even cover some expenses if you do so.
