Text formatting & dynamic content

Turn your chatbot texts into real eye-catchers! With our new features, you can use bold and italicised text to evoke emotions and highlight important information. Emojis add a personal touch to your messages, while dynamic content such as the avatar’s name or parameter values make your chat personalised and interactive.

Employee integration

Our new chat builder now also supports employee integration, which allows you to select the contact person. Simply activate it in the settings and insert it into the chat flow.

Google Insights

You now have all Google ratings at a glance – directly in your Hyperspace! Find out how satisfied your customers are with your Google locations and discover new optimisation opportunities.
