Redirect to External Contact Forms

hypt operates entirely without processing personal data. As a new feature, you can now choose whether contact details are collected directly within hypt or via an external, company-owned landing page. This allows sensitive information – such as feedback from dissatisfied customers – to be captured securely within your own IT environment and in full compliance with data protection regulations.

⚙️ Improvements

  • The chat funnel design can now be fully aligned with your corporate branding – not just colors and fonts, but the entire layout and visual elements.
  • Messenger link tracking has also been significantly enhanced: hypt now provides even more accurate insights into how often recommendations are actually clicked and followed. This enables a more precise evaluation of your recommendation strategy – and targeted optimization based on real data.

🐞 Bug Fixes

In our continued effort to make hypt the most reliable word-of-mouth sales engine, we eliminated a number of key bugs in the platform this week!
